Integrated Managed Investments (Pty) Limited (“IMI”) was formed in September 2003 as a boutique asset management company focussing on private client discretionary portfolios, trusts, charities and pension funds.

IMI was founded by entrepreneurially minded individuals who gained valuable experience in leading large financial institutions. Our investment offering provides a broad-spectrum wealth management solution both in South Africa and offshore.

At a time when many investment managers increasingly use standardised investment models to manage their client portfolios, we seek to create and maintain an environment that enables us to exercise flair within the boundaries of a rigorous and disciplined process.

On 1 July 2008, Vunani Limited (“Vunani”) acquired a 51% interest in IMI, raising IMI’s profile and introducing new growth opportunities. Vunani listed on the AltX in November 2007 and is a diversified financial services group. The group operates through two distinct segments, being financial services and investment services. The financial services segment comprises fund management, investment banking, property and private equity business units. The investment services segment houses Vunani’s strategic empowerment equity investments.
